If you are an administrator on your organization’s Office 365 account, you can contact Microsoft’s support team by calling 800-865-9408.
You can also submit a support ticket online via the Office 365 portal. Once logged in, click on the tile labeled admin, then click on Service requests under Support on the left.
Click on the plus sign to create a new service request and select the service area you are having an issue with.
Complete the form pages, providing the requested information.
